Rachelle Denmark is a NASM certified CPT, SFS, AFAA and GFI. She is a retired law enforcement officer and veteran athlete. Coach Rachelle is passionate about healthy, active aging and works with her clients to promote vitality at every stage of life. Work with Coach Rachelle to redefine aging and unlock the potential for strength, agility and well-being without limits.
Michaela Maynard is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, ICG Cycle Certified and has completed a BS Dietetics, currently pursuing her masters degree in Kinesiology. Through grade school she was a competitive figure skater, avid kickboxer, and began to experiment with running, spinning & weight lifting as she got older. Coach Michaela utilizes a holistic approach to help clients achieve optimal health and fitness through tailored nutrition guidance and customized workout plans. On her days off you can find her thinking of recipe creations and hiking with her pups!
